General:

• We do not sell contact information of any sort for profit. Any charges levied for any services described below will be of such a nature as to cover reasonable costs incurred by ourselves in providing the service.

Email Addresses:

• Under no circumstances do we supply any lists of email addresses, except as may be found on our website in the church, organisation or business directories.
• We do not publish email addresses of individuals in our online church, business or organisation directories, except where this is the primary email address for said church, business or organisation.
• We may publish email addresses of individuals on our message boards, newsletter, calendar and general community areas unless specifically requested otherwise.
• We may distribute bulk email to groups on behalf of persons or organisations at our own discretion if we feel the material to be relevant or appropriate, but always subject to our stringent unsubscribe policy.
• Any bulk email we distribute will never disclose the email addresses of any of the other recipients.
• We will endeavour at all times to maintain the spirit of 'anti-spam' principles as generally accepted (ie unsolicited email for commercial purposes), however we may send out unsolicited bulk emails on a "sample" basis where we feel the content is of interest or relevance to the recipients, but always subject to our stringent unsubscribe policy.
• UNSUBSCRIBE POLICY: At all times we will endeavour to honour the wishes of persons who request to be unsubscribed from any of our mailing lists. We maintain a database of unsubscribe requests, and will endeavour never to send similar types of mail where such a request has been received.

• We may supply pre-printed mailing labels to individuals or organisations at our discretion of churches, businesses or organisations, but never mailing labels containing personal addresses of individuals, except where this is the primary postal address for said church, business or organisation. In every case we will take into account the purpose for which the labels are required.
• We may supply lists to individuals or organisations at our discretion containing the following contact information: Name of church, business or organisation; name of contact person; official phone and fax no. of church, business or organisation; postal address of church, business or organisation; place of meeting or public office address. In every case we will take into account the purpose for which this contact information is required.
• We may publish postal addresses or addresses of meetings on our message boards, newsletter, calendar and general community areas unless specifically requested otherwise, however we will not publish residential addresses unless said residential address is the postal address or meeting address of the church, business or organisation.
• We will honour any request we get not to distribute this information.

Telephone / Fax / Cell No's:

• We may publish primary contact telephone and fax no's of churches, businesses or organisations in our online church, business or organisation directories, but never telephone, cell or fax no's of individuals, except where these are the primary details for said church, business or organisation.
• We may publish telephone, fax or cell no's of individuals on our message boards, newsletter, calendar and general community areas unless specifically requested otherwise.
• We will honour any request we get not to distribute this information.
